The license stays yours.
DispenseGo is retail infrastructure. We do not sell, hold or ship cannabis. Your shop does, under its own license, and every sale the machine makes is made by your staff and written down.
The merchant holds the license
The shop on the marketplace is your shop. The product in the machine is your inventory, loaded by your staff, sold under your license, at your counter. DispenseGo provides the storefront, the pickup code and the machine; it never takes title to product and never touches it.
Adults only, ID checked at pickup
The marketplace is for adults 21 and over and asks before it shows a menu. Ordering online does not release anything. At the counter your staff check the ID, then release the order. The machine will not vend without that release.
Every sale is on the record
The machine verifies the pickup code, vends, and senses the drop. Each sale is recorded as complete, partial or failed, with who released it, when, and from which slot. Payment is captured only after the record is written. A partial or failed vend is flagged to your staff the moment it happens.
- One pickup code, tied to one order, sent by text or email
- Released by a named member of staff
- Slot, time and outcome logged for every vend
- Payment captured after the vend, never before
Your POS stays the system of record
Your menu comes from your point of sale — synced, not retyped — so what the marketplace shows is what your books say. Inventory in the machine is counted by slot, and every movement (a sale, a restock, a swap, a write-off) is kept as a ledger entry that is never edited, only corrected by a new entry.
Where we operate
DispenseGo opens one jurisdiction at a time and follows that jurisdiction's rules on age, identity, product and record-keeping. If your state or country is not open yet, tell us about your counter and we will say where it sits on the list.
Data
What we collect from shoppers and operators, and why, is set out in the privacy policy. Shopper identity checks are made by a third-party verification provider; DispenseGo keeps the result, not the document.
